Bilingual NICU Registered Nurse

Make a difference as a Bilingual Registered Nurse in the NICU. Provide specialized nursing care, leadership within the team, and manage patient care for critically ill newborns.
In this vital role within the Intensive Care Nursery, you'll deliver professional nursing services, oversee the administration of prescribed treatments, and coordinate discharge processes. Recent NICU experience is preferred, while candidates with acute care backgrounds will also excel. Proficiency in both English and French is a prerequisite for effective patient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer nursing services to infants in critical condition

• Administer medical treatments as directed

• Lead healthcare coordination and discharge planning

• Maintain readiness to manage patient complexities

• Engage with patients in both English and French
Requirements:

• Successful completion of an approved nursing program

• Current registration with CRNM is essential

• Preferably have NICU or up to 2 years of acute care experience

• Bilingual proficiency is required

• Involvement in nursing organizations encouraged
