Position: Anesthesia Clinical Resource Nurse Needed
Shape exemplary surgical care as a Clinical Resource Nurse in Anesthesia at Victoria Hospital. Play a vital role in coordinating and delivering patient-centered care.

As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will work closely with the Department Head of Anesthesia and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes during anesthetic procedures. This position demands at least three years of clinical experience in Anesthesia or ICU nursing, emphasizing effective patient assessments and intraoperative support. Your leadership will enhance staff training, reflecting the core values and mission of Victoria Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic risk assessments

• Prepare patients effectively for anesthesia procedures

• Support anesthesiologists with monitoring during surgeries

• Engage in patient/family education on anesthesia

• Maintain and procure essential equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• Required 3 years of recent clinical experience in Anesthesia Nursing

• Current registration with CRNM and BCLS certification

• Demonstrated skills in IV establishment and monitoring

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities

• Ability to consistently perform job responsibilities
