Transform surgical patient care at Victoria General Hospital as a Clinical Resource Nurse with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. This role focuses on anesthesia and surgical support for optimal care outcomes.

As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will play a vital role in the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care of patients. Candidates should have at least three years of clinical experience in anesthesia nursing or ICU nursing. You're expected to provide expert assessments, assist in surgical procedures, and ensure quality equipment management while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless patient care coordination in surgical settings

• Conduct detailed pre-anesthesia assessments of patients

• Assist in surgery with anesthesiology support functions

• Manage equipment and overhead during surgical impacts

Requirements:

• Must possess current CRNM registration

• Preferred Bachelor of Nursing Degree

• A minimum of 3 years in anesthesia or ICU required
