As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive care to patients, guiding Health Care Aides and other team members. The position demands a blend of clinical skills, effective decision-making, and strong communication. You will comply with the Canadian Nurses Association Code and work to dismantle racism within healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical direction to health team members
• Deliver nursing care per established standards and practices
• Support the Interlake‑Eastern RHA's mission and values
• Identify and address patterns of harm toward marginalized groups
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and co-workers
Requirements:
• Active RN licensure with the CRNM
• One year of Maternal-Child nursing experience
• Basic Life Support certification
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Satisfactory pre-employment security checks
