Position: Clinical Resource Nurse Leadership Role

Elevate patient care standards as a Clinical Resource Nurse while collaborating with health services management. This role requires robust clinical expertise and leadership within a healthcare team for quality outcomes.
As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will guide fellow nurses, ensuring exemplary patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration. A minimum of three years of recent nursing experience is necessary, alongside strong leadership skills. Candidates must hold a degree in Registered Nursing or Registered Psychiatric Nursing, with certifications like Non-Violent Crisis Intervention required for mental health roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical expertise and leadership to nursing staff

• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure patient care outcomes meet quality standards

• Maintain compliance with CRNM and CLPNM regulations

• Contribute actively to nursing associations and professional development
Requirements:

• Minimum of three years nursing experience in related fields

• BN/BScMH/BScPN degree preferred

• Current Manitoba nursing registration in good standing

• Proficient in software applications and nursing procedures
