This role involves delivering nursing care under established guidelines, assisting patients with complex clinical needs, and collaborating with caregivers. The RPN will advocate for patients' decisions, evaluate care outcomes, and ensure a safe environment for recovery. To qualify, candidates must hold an active Ontario nursing license and be CPR certified.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate essential competencies for patient care
• Assess patients with predictable care needs
• Establish preventive and therapeutic care priorities
• Engage and support patients and caregivers alike
• Analyze and modify care plans based on evaluations
Requirements:
• Active nursing license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR certification
• College certificate required; diploma preferred
• Obtain Medication Certificate as required
