Candidates should have at least five years of clinical experience in primary care settings, particularly with mental health clients. This position involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and aims to innovate nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order tests and interpret results autonomously

• Prescribe medications accurately

• Perform minor surgical procedures as needed

• Foster health promotion and disease prevention strategies

• Mentor and educate other staff members

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner track

• A minimum of five years in clinical nursing

• Valid registration on the CRNM Extended Practice Register

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Indigenous language proficiency preferred
