As a Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN), you will coordinate emergency services and lead the nursing team at Selkirk Regional Health Centre. Your responsibilities will include upholding care standards while working collaboratively to resolve safety issues. With a firm commitment to service delivery, the CRN will enhance the therapeutic environment addressing patients' biopsychosocial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate emergency care delivery efforts
• Ensure adherence to care standards and safety regulations
• Support mission and values of the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority
Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• Minimum 3 years relevant clinical nursing experience
• ACLS education and Emergency Course completion required
• Competence in clinical nursing skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
