As a Registered Nurse in the Renal Resource Team, you will provide independent nursing services, administer medical treatments, and lead in patient care coordination. You will also support Peritoneal Dialysis and undergo a thorough three-week orientation in the PD unit, ensuring effective patient management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing services to patients with complex health needs
• Administer prescribed treatments while monitoring patient outcomes
• Lead care coordination and discharge processes
• Facilitate support for Peritoneal Dialysis patients
• Participate in a three-week PD unit orientation
Requirements:
• Recent dialysis experience in a clinical setting
• Completion of Manitoba Nephrology Nursing Course
• CRNM registration eligibility required
• Bilingual in English and French
• Current Criminal Records Check needed
