The role involves delivering skilled nursing services, administering medical treatments, and ensuring effective discharge planning. Candidates should possess a nursing degree and current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.
Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to patients in urgent situations
- Facilitate coordination of care and patient discharge
- Administer prescribed treatments with precision
- Uphold nursing standards per regulatory guidelines
- Participate in continuous education and training sessions
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program required
- Recent experience in emergency nursing preferred
- Must maintain CRNM registration
- Emergency Nursing Orientation attendance is required
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
