Position: Oncology Nurse II at CancerCare Manitoba
Make a difference in cancer care as an Oncology Nurse II with Cancer Care Manitoba in Winnipeg. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing services and leading patient care coordination across multiple sites.

Under the guidance of the Patient Services Manager, you will deliver professional nursing services to patients undergoing medical assessment and treatment. Responsibilities include symptom management, patient education, and psychosocial support in a multidisciplinary team environment. Your expertise in oncology nursing will contribute to the well-being of patients at Cancer Care Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide independent nursing services to patients receiving treatment

• Administer prescribed therapies according to CRNM standards

• Coordinate care and lead the healthcare team in assessments

• Manage patient inquiries regarding physical and psychosocial responses

• Facilitate patient education for active self-care and decision-making

Requirements:

• Current CRNM registration in good standing

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Knowledge of ethical nursing practices and scope of care

• Proficiency in computer software and electronic charting

• Minimum three years of relevant nursing experience preferred
