This opportunity with Shared Health invites experienced registered nurses to join the Surgery-D2 Orthopedic Trauma/Spine unit. Your critical thinking and clinical judgment will enhance patient outcomes in a busy surgical setting. You will be expected to manage diverse patient needs while adhering to protocols and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor individual patient care

• Implement nursing interventions for trauma patients

• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary healthcare teams

• Ensure compliance with provincial health regulations

• Maintain accurate health documentation

Requirements:

• One year of acute orthopedic nursing experience preferred

• Graduated from a recognized Nursing education program

• Proof of CRNM registration required

• CPR certification as outlined by the employer

• Strong oral and written communication skills
