This Registered Nurse role within the Critical Care Resource Team involves providing expert nursing for patients facing complex health issues. You'll deliver independent patient care, administer medications, and lead care coordination efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients
• Administer prescribed medical treatments and therapies
• Coordinate patient care and discharge planning effectively
• Support leadership initiatives within the healthcare team
• Maintain current CRNM registration and BLS certification
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Post-graduate ICU course or relevant critical care experience
• Active CRNM registration is required
• Yearly BLS Level C certification
• Successful completion of all background checks
