Joining the Medical Intensive Care Unit as a trainee, you will engage in a full-time Critical Care Nursing Orientation Program. The position emphasizes effective communication, patient prioritization, and adapting to fluctuating demands in a high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete the Critical Care Nursing Orientation Program fully
• Provide hands-on nursing care in the intensive care setting
• Effectively communicate with patients, nurses, and doctors
• Utilize knowledge of nursing care protocols and practices
• Maintain focus and manage priorities in challenging conditions
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nursing graduate from an accredited program
• One year of experience in acute care settings
• Successful completion of CPR and IV Therapy certification
• CLPNM registration must be maintained
• Willingness to undergo security checks as needed
