Position: Registered Nurse GI Endoscopy Role

You will be supervised by the Manager of Health Services, where you'll oversee patient care in GI Surgery and Medicine. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of relevant experience in both inpatient and ambulatory care. Your responsibilities will include administering medical treatments and coordinating patient care to ensure effective discharge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional registered nursing services for patients

• Administer prescribed medical treatments and medications

• Lead healthcare team coordination and patient care

• Support discharge planning and post-operative care

• Maintain knowledge of nursing practice standards and ethics

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in GI Surgery/Medicine nursing

• Graduation from an approved nursing program

• Registration with College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• CPR certification per employer policy

• Knowledge in Indigenous customs and language preferred
