Healthcare Nursing Resource Coordinator

Elevate client nursing services as a Nursing Resource Coordinator with our Home Care Team, ensuring high standards through effective supervision and resource management. This role demands at least four years of nursing experience and strong leadership.

Reporting to the Manager of Health Services, the Nursing Resource Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing nursing staff within the Home Care Team. You will be responsible for implementing the MNU collective agreement, maintaining CRNM Standards of Practice, and ensuring efficient execution of the Visiting Nurse Program. Leadership, case management, and strong community ties are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and manage resources effectively

• Ensure adherence to operational standards and collective agreements

• Interface with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care

• Oversee case management services in the community

• Participate actively in professional development and training sessions

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required

• Minimum four years of recent nursing experience

• Strong supervisory background in a unionized setting

• CPR certification in accordance with policy

• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle access
