Advance your nursing career with a Registered Nurse role focused on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) iface Hospital in Winnipeg.
Provide essential patient care and lead the health care team through critical situations.
In this Clinical Practice Nurse position you will serve the NICU under the general supervision of the Manager of Health Services.
Your role involves independent nursing services, administering prescribed treatments, and coordinating comprehensive patient care during their stay and discharge.
Recent NICU or Acute Care experience is preferred to ensure the best care for vulnerable patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver qualified nursing services to NICU patients
- Administer prescribed medical treatments effectively
- Lead and coordinate the health care team's efforts
- Assist in the discharge process and patient care
- Complete the Neonatal Resuscitation Program successfully
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current CRNM registration mandatory
- Bilingual in English and French required
- Recent NICU or Acute Care experience preferred
- Successful completion of various background checks
