• Provide total nursing care and personal assistance to patients
• Assess and respond to patients' diverse medical needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for patient care
• Implement Patient-Focused Care philosophies throughout shifts
• Demonstrate effective communication with patients and their families

• Current Ontario Registration and B.C.L.S. certification
• Experience in palliative and oncology care preferred
• Conflict resolution and solid communication skills essential
• Robust physical assessment and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with airway management and central venous catheters
