Join Nor West Co-op Community Health as a Nurse Practitioner in a permanent part-time position, providing episodic care and promoting health in the Inkster/Seven Oaks community. In this role, the Nurse Practitioner will deliver high-quality, autonomous clinical care within an interdisciplinary team at the Walk-In Connected Care Clinic. Applicants should have at least five years of recent nursing experience and a Master's in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Stream.

• Apply advanced nursing theories to patient care
• Autonomously order tests and prescribe medications
• Implement health promotion and illness prevention strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Provide education and problem‑solving support

• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience
• Master’s Degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner focus
• Active CRNM registration and extended practice competencies
• Robust communication and advocacy skills
• Current CPR certification
