As a Behavioral Health RN at Bay Care, you will independently care for a dedicated group of patients while applying clinical standards and nursing procedures. You will also delegate care activities to team members, ensuring accountability and professional development. Be prepared to act as a preceptor and charge nurse as needed to guide the team effectively.

• Independently care for assigned patient group
• Delegate patient care activities effectively
• Maintain professional accountability in nursing
• Serve as preceptor or charge nurse when required
• Adhere to clinical standards of practice

• RN licensure and BLS certification required
• 2 years’ experience as a licensed RN
• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing required
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's in Nursing
• Preferred:
  Specialty nursing certification
