Position: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will leverage your clinical expertise in a supportive healthcare environment. Your responsibilities will include ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing treatment plans, and implementing health strategies. You will also play a key role in mentoring staff and promoting nursing knowledge to foster a culture of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order and interpret diagnostic procedures autonomously

• Prescribe effective treatment plans for patients

• Implement health promotion strategies and evaluate outcomes

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to address patient needs

• Teach and guide nursing staff when required

Requirements:

• Master’s of Nursing or equivalent qualification

• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• Knowledge of nursing standards and collaborative practices

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with Indigenous customs preferred
