As a Nurse Practitioner, you will integrate complex care solutions and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in the Inkster/Seven Oaks Community. The role involves applying advanced nursing theory to deliver episodic care, manage health promotion, and address client needs effectively. The start date is immediate, covering a maternity leave term that lasts until May 31, 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical nursing care autonomously

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests accurately

• Prescribe medications and perform minor procedures

• Plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care

• Foster collaboration among healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner stream

• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Current CPR certification and satisfactory background checks
