Position: Nurse 2 - Minor Injury & Illness Care
Join the Minor Injury and Illness Clinic as a Nurse 2, where your nursing expertise will make a difference. You'll provide essential nursing services and enhance patient health outcomes in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will deliver professional nursing services to patients with complex health needs while emphasizing chronic illness management and health education. Through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, you will coordinate care, deliver treatments, and assist in patient discharge. Your commitment to promoting healthy living will facilitate effective client interaction and resource linkage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in clinic settings

• Facilitate discharge and ongoing care coordination

• Administer prescribed treatments as per medical protocols

• Develop tailored health plans for clients

• Promote illness prevention and chronic disease management

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years in primary/community nursing

• Approved Registered Nursing education program graduate

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Registration with CRNM is mandatory

• Mental Health First Aid training preferred
