Nurse Practitioner - Walk-In Connected Care

Become a key member of the Nor West Co-op Community Health team as a Nurse Practitioner. This part-time role focuses on providing integrated care while serving the Inkster/Seven Oaks community.

As a permanent part-time Nurse Practitioner, you will provide first-line healthcare services at our Walk-In Connected Care Clinic. Your expertise in nursing, along with five years of clinical experience, will guide you in delivering comprehensive and preventive care.

Your role will also involve collaboration with various healthcare professionals, ensuring effective patient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced clinical theory in patient care

• Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results

• Manage health promotion and prevention strategies

• Facilitate collaborative care among staff

• Support community health initiatives

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner stream

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care

• Registered with CRNM for extended practice

• Proficiency with Accuro beneficial

• Current CPR certification required
