Position: Registered Nurse for Cardiac ICU
Join the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Misericordia Community Hospital as a Registered Nurse. Deliver essential care to critically ill cardiac patients in a collaborative environment.

As a vital member of the CICU, you will provide high-level nursing care focusing on advanced assessments and treatment evaluations. Key responsibilities include patient education, discharge planning, and effective advocacy for patients and families. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial as you manage care within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing assessments and necessary interventions

• Administer and evaluate patient treatments prescribed by doctors

• Collaborate effectively with teams for critical care planning

• Ensure comprehensive patient education and family support

• Lead charge nurse duties when required

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program

• Active CRNA registration in good standing

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care

• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification

• Completion of a recent Critical Care Course
