This casual RN position, reporting to the Resident Care Manager, focuses on delivering quality nursing care. You'll perform assessments, provide treatments, and document resident health records, ensuring a holistic approach to care. Experience in long-term care settings is an asset, and you’ll collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize nursing processes for safe, quality care
• Administer medication and monitor patient effects
• Document all care in health records
• Consult with interdisciplinary team members as needed
• Serve as a resource for Health Care Aides
Requirements:
• Valid CRNM/CRPNM or CLPNM nursing license
• Preferred experience in long-term care
• Strong communication skills in English
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Current satisfactory Criminal Records Check
