Both in-person patient interactions and virtual consultations are integral to this role.

• Assess and diagnose health issues while managing treatments
• Collaborate with care providers for optimal patient outcomes
• Mentor fellow practitioners in best practices
• Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives
• Conduct virtual consultations to accommodate patient needs

• Completed Nurse Practitioner program with a Master’s degree
• Active and provisional CRNA registration
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Experience in geriatrics and multiple care sectors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
