Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and care
- Mentor staff on clinical best practices
- Design and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Promote safety and enhance quality of care
- Engage in effective interdisciplinary collaboration
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Nova Scotia
- Solid critical thinking and care coordination skills
- Leadership experience in nursing teams
