Located in the Eastern Urban Zone, this role requires independent practice in an urgent care setting. You'll perform health assessments, diagnose conditions, and manage both acute and chronic illnesses. Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers, your expertise will be essential in delivering holistic, episodic care to diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct urgent health assessments and diagnoses
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses effectively
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Perform follow-up care via multiple communication methods
• Support clinic administration with scheduled time
Requirements:
• Completed Nurse Practitioner program
• Valid registration with NLCN as NP (Family/All Ages)
• Minimum five years nursing experience
• Current BCLS certification
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
