Location: Winkler
Help shape recovery journeys as a Registered Nurse at Eden Mental Health Centre. Your expertise in psychiatric nursing will guide patients through their treatment and recovery process. As a Registered Nurse with MNU designation, you will work in the Inpatient Unit at Eden Mental Health Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and document care effectively
- Develop nursing care plans with the treatment team
- Implement direct nursing care and coordinate therapies
- Conduct therapeutic conversations to enhance recovery
- Evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Valid nursing license in Manitoba
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Good standing with nursing regulatory body
- Physical and mental capability for assigned duties
- Current satisfactory criminal and child registry checks
