Key Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to psychiatric patients in an inpatient setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for patient outcomes
- Engage in continuous improvement and evidence-based nursing practices
- Maintain and advance your clinical nursing competence
- Participate in hospital committees and research projects
- Graduation from an approved nursing program with two years' experience in mental health
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Versatile and reliable with a passion for nursing
- Ability to work rotating shifts, day and night
- Strong motivation for teamwork and patient support
