At the Selkirk Regional Health Centre, the Registered Nurse takes charge of patient care, supervising Health Care Aides and other nursing staff. With an active license to practice in Manitoba, you will fulfill ethical responsibilities aligned with nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients
• Provide clinical leadership to junior nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and ethics
• Support diversity and cultural safety in care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care
Requirements:
• Active practicing licensure with CRNM or CRPNM
• One year of Maternal-Child nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support training
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effectiveness in communication and teamwork
