LPN Family Medicine

Position: LPN Family Medicine Role
Help shape patient experiences at Seven Oaks General Hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Family Medicine. Deliver professional nursing services while collaborating closely with healthcare professionals in this in-person position.

This role requires you to work closely with the Patient Care Manager and fellow healthcare providers. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in nursing care and possess a strong background in IV therapy and CPR. Your impact will be felt through your dedication to patient care and your ability to prioritize tasks effectively every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing services to assigned patients

• Administer medical treatments as directed by practitioners

• Engage in team discussions for optimal patient care

• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and legislated practices

• Aid in planning and coordinating patient discharge procedures

Requirements:

• Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing program

• Must have IV Therapy and CPR certification

• Current registration with CLPNM required

• Understanding of nursing ethics and acts important

• Some recent experience in a clinical setting preferred
