Nursing Resource Coordinator in Home Care

Join our multidisciplinary Home Care Team as a Nursing Resource Coordinator, responsible for delivering exemplary client nursing services through effective management and supervision. Candidates should have four years of related nursing experience and strong organizational skills.

As the Nursing Resource Coordinator, you'll report directly to the Manager of Health Services and oversee the nursing staff to ensure compliance with the MNU collective agreement and CRNM Standards of Practice.

Your role is pivotal in managing resources while collaborating with various healthcare teams in providing exceptional care. Your expertise in community nursing will greatly contribute to patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage nursing staff in accordance with operational standards

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

• Facilitate case management and community outreach services

• Maintain compliance with CRNM registration requirements

• Engage in ongoing training and skill development

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is essential

• At least four years of nursing experience required

• Proven supervisory experience in a unionized environment

• CPR certification required per employer policy

• Must hold a valid Driver’s License with vehicle availability
