Join Shared Health as a Registered Nurse focusing on Labour & Delivery and enhance your nursing skills. This position offers the chance to work with diverse patient needs in Women's Health.
Under the direction of the Manager Health Services, the RN will deliver professional nursing services, especially concerning reproductive health. Your previous experience in Labour and Delivery will guide your effectiveness in patient care and team collaboration. Essential skills include critical thinking and the ability to respond to urgent situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care for Women’s Health patients
• Administer medical treatments as prescribed
• Lead care coordination within the healthcare team
• Document patient interactions and compliance
• Support and facilitate patient discharge processes
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Nursing education program
• Previous experience in Labour and Delivery is preferred
• Active CRNM registration and CPR certification
• Strong communication skills required
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
