In the Vernon Community Dialysis Unit, you will perform critical assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate within a comprehensive care team. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding, individualized care that adapts to the specific needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and care planning
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for optimal care
• Offer personalized support to patients and their families
• Apply nursing science effectively in daily practice
• Re-evaluate care plans based on health changes
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current BCCNM registration as a nurse
• Two years of nursing or related hemodialysis experience
• Nephrology nursing certificate completion
• Valid BCLS certification and BC Driver's License
