Spectrum Health Care invites skilled Registered Nurses to join as Wound Care Nurses. Provide exceptional care to patients in Mississauga and nearby regions.
This full-time and part-time opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care for patients with wound and ostomy needs. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will assess patient conditions, develop tailored care plans, and work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Your ability to adapt to patient needs will be crucial in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and provide nursing care in community settings
• Develop individualized care plans for wound concerns
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members
• Ensure care adheres to current best practices
• Travel across a specific geographical region
Requirements:
• Certification in NSWOC or IIWCC required
• Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two years of relevant nursing experience preferred
• Reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s license
• Strong English communication skills needed
