Position: Registered Nurse, Wound Care Role

This full-time and part-time opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care for patients with wound and ostomy needs. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will assess patient conditions, develop tailored care plans, and work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide nursing care in community settings

• Develop individualized care plans for wound concerns

• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members

• Ensure care adheres to current best practices

• Travel across a specific geographical region

Requirements:

• Certification in NSWOC or IIWCC required

• Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Two years of relevant nursing experience preferred

• Reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s license

• Strong English communication skills needed
