Bayshore Home Care Solutions is looking to hire a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Palliative Visiting Nurse Program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Improve patient quality of life with clinical expertise
• Deliver compassionate care promoting health outcomes

• Empower patients to maintain independence and dignity
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN registration with CNO
• Valid CPR certification
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Excellent English language skills;
French as an asset
