Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and physician orders
• Assess and monitor resident health status
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Supervise and guide nursing support staff
• Address and report performance issues to management
Requirements:
• Current competency certification for the province
• Registration or eligibility for nursing registration
• Previous community or long-term care experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
