As an RPN, you will ensure adherence to nursing standards, observe and document vital signs, and assist in developing individualized care plans. Your previous experience in managing long-term care will support your ability to monitor and evaluate patient needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Valid certificate of competence from an authorized institution
• Registration eligibility with a relevant institution
• Managerial experience in community home-care is an asset
• Experience with cognitively impaired patients
• Excellent communication and planning abilities
