We seek a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to enhance the lives of seniors at Sienna Senior Living.
Your role will involve delivering exceptional nursing care guided by established policies and collaborating with both residents and the care team to maintain a supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care based on individual resident plans
• Ensure high-quality personal care for all residents
• Maintain regular communication with families about care plans
• Support and supervise Personal Support Workers on duty
• Conduct thorough assessments during admissions and ongoing care
Requirements:
• Current Registered Practical Nurse license from Ontario College of Nurses
• Preferable experience in senior or rehabilitation care
• Strong judgment and risk assessment abilities
• Right to work legally in Canada
• Must pass Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Record Checks
