Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scrubbing and circulating duties in surgeries
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team
• Apply ORNAC practice standards
• Navigate stressful situations with sound judgment
• Maintain high standards of communication with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Required Operating Room Certificate and perioperative certification
• Minimum one year of recent operating room experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
• Proven record of attendance and discipline-free conduct
