The JL3 Pediatric Intensive Care Unit is seeking an experienced professional with at least two years of acute nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics. You will utilize your skills in medication calculation and critical thinking while adhering to the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba standards. Successful applicants must demonstrate the ability to prioritize patient care effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide urgent care for critically ill children in PICU

• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and protocols

• Calculate medications accurately during orientation

• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams

• Adapt to changing patient needs and environments

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing program

• Two years of acute nursing experience preferred

• CPR training at Health Care Provider Level

• Registration with CRNM required

• Current satisfactory Criminal Records Check needed
