Registered Nurse - Cardiac Surgery Unit

Join St. Boniface Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Surgery Inpatient Unit located in Winnipeg. This role requires strong surgical and cardiology nursing skills in a collaborative work setting, fully funded by the health region.

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience in surgical nursing or cardiology. The successful nurse will work on patient assessments and tailor nursing care plans to enhance recovery. An approved nursing qualification and CRNM registration are essential for this in-person role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments in the cardiac unit

Requirements:

• One year experience in surgical or cardiology nursing

• Graduate of a recognized Registered Nursing program

• Current CRNM registration required

• Completed Annual BLS Level C Registration

• Satisfactory results from required background checks
