Perioperative Nurse

Elevate child health care in Winnipeg as a Perioperative Nurse with Shared Health. This in-person role focuses on delivering high-quality care in the operating room during maternity leave.

This position as a Perioperative Nurse (N2) requires current perioperative nursing experience or completion of an accredited operating room nursing program. You will provide essential support in surgical settings and actively participate in professional associations. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations are vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in the operating room

• Ensure compliance with CRNM registration requirements

• Assist with diverse surgical procedures and patient needs

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Current perioperative nursing experience or accredited program completion

• Active CPR certification at Health Care Provider level

• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
