Community Care Registered Nurse Position

Join MNU as a Community Care Registered Nurse to provide essential nursing services. You'll oversee patient care and mentor nursing staff while adhering to care standards.

This part-time position supports effective patient management by following established nursing principles and physician orders. As a Registered Nurse, you will assess residents, implement care plans, and lead a team of nursing professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient care in accordance with nursing standards

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents’ health needs

• Supervise and orient nursing and personal care staff

• Address performance issues and conduct reviews

• Step in as leader for nursing department when necessary

Requirements:

• Current certification from recognized nursing institutions

• Registered or eligible for professional nursing registration

• Experience in community or long-term care nursing

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and collaborate with the team
