Home Care Nursing Resource Coordinator

Lead nursing services within our Home Care Team as a Nursing Resource Coordinator, ensuring quality care through expert management and supervision. This position requires at least four years of nursing experience and strong leadership qualities.

Reporting to the Manager of Health Services, your primary role as Nursing Resource Coordinator will be to oversee nursing staff and manage resources within a collaborative healthcare setting. You'll ensure compliance with the MNU collective agreement and operational standards while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to address diverse client needs. Your past community experience will enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage nursing staff effectively

• Ensure compliance with nursing operational standards

• Collaborate with teams to deliver integrated healthcare

• Manage case management tasks within the community

• Participate in continuous professional training and associations

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing mandatory

• Minimum four years of relevant nursing experience

• Supervisory experience in a union environment highly preferred

• CPR training per organizational requirements
