Become a vital part of Nor West Co-op Community Health as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, providing part-time care in the Walk-In Connected Care Clinic. This role is centered on health promotion and episodic care in the Inkster/Seven Oaks Community.

Your responsibilities will include leveraging advanced nursing skills to independently order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate both clients and staff. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to maintain standards of care and enhance community health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer episodic care using advanced medical knowledge

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests independently

• Proficiently implement health promotion strategies

• Guide clients and staff through complex care situations

• Maintain a collaborative workplace with healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Stream

• Active CRNM registration in Manitoba

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Current CPR certification and criminal background checks
