This Nurse Practitioner position at PHCC requires a depth of clinical experience, ideally 5 years or more. You'll apply your knowledge to order diagnostic tests, manage medications, and deliver care for complex cases. Your engagement in interdisciplinary collaboration will elevate health promotion efforts and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret diagnostic test results and order tests autonomously

• Manage care plans including medication prescriptions

• Implement health promotion strategies based on assessments

• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team

• Teach and oversee clinical practices among peers

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years clinical/virtual experience preferred

• Master's degree in Nursing with NP Stream required

• Active registration with the CRNM essential

• CPR certification as per Employer's policies

• Proficiency in communication and technology
